The Washington State Chapter of CAI (WSCAI) is hosting its annual Community Association Day this Saturday, October 18th at the Washington State Convention Center - and we hope you can make it!

CA Day is Washington's largest educational conference and trade show for condominium and homeowner associations and community managers. This all-day event includes 135 industry-specific exhibitors in the trade show and 12 education based workshops. Stop by the Barker Martin booth to meet the team and learn about our newly expended legal service offerings designed to aid both community associations and managers.

Attorney Brian McLean and I will be leading a workshop on the Uniformed Common Interest Ownership Act (UCIOA) and the potential impact it will have on community associations in Washington State at. Later in the afternoon, my colleague, Dan Zimberoff, along with Association Manager Rachel Garrett, will lead an interactive discussion on advance strategies for rule enforcement in community associations.
