The team at Barker Martin is pleased to announce results from our Third Annual Pacific Northwest Community Association Survey. This year’s survey focused on the economic recovery -- are community associations back on their feet?

The survey responses revealed several common themes regarding how community associations in the Pacific Northwest have weathered the economic downturn of the past four years. The majority of survey respondents indicated that, for the most part, associations have started to feel the effects of recovery by increased home sales in their communities, relatively small increases (less than 10%) in their monthly assessments, and resurgence of maintenance and major repair projects.
