It's going to rain on Saturday, which means you should probably postpone your planned mowing and gardening. If you were thinking of golfing on Saturday, I am sorry to report that I heard someone say that every course in Seattle aerated their greens, so golfing's out, too. Oh, and don't even think about skiing or hiking--the snow has melted and the mountains are closed, plus the 520 bridge is also closed so traffic will be murder.
In light of the fact that there is nothing fun to do this Saturday whatsoever, instead of sitting at home, we invite you to come join the attorneys from Barker Martin at WSCAI's annual Lynnwood Law Day. Here is a link to the details you need to attend.
Dan Zimberoff and I will both be presenting (twice), along with a number of our fellow esteemed industry colleagues and WSCAI members and contributors. Did you know Dan used to fly Navy F-14 fighter jets, and that you can talk to him about drones in HOAs? Yes, you read that correctly.
WSCAI and its Education Committee have curated an interesting and relevant schedule of programs on legal issues that impact community associations. As the name suggestions, all of the topics at Law Day are law-related, and there will be plenty of Q&A, especially at the two legal forums. It's also a great time to connect with vendors and other folks dedicated to our industry.
